How long should it take to receive the Longhorns Kids Club membership packet?
You should receive your membership packet in approximately 10-15 business days. If you do not receive the membership packet in that time, please contact LKC by phone at (512) 232-4272 or LonghornsKidsClub@athletics.utexas.edu.
How do members get their FREE tickets for UT Athletics events?
LKC members receive FREE admission to events listed on the Events page.* Members should wear their LKC lanyard with their membership card to the event. Go to the ticket window, show your membership card, and receive your ticket. (*Tickets subject to availability)
If my child is a Longhorns Kids Club member, do I get FREE admission?
Only LKC members presenting a membership card at designated events receive FREE admission. Additional tickets to an event may be purchased in advance at TexasBoxOffice.com or at the box office on gameday.
What is the difference between the All-Conference and All-American packages?
The All-American Package includes everything in the All-Conference Package, plus additional benefits. The All-American Package is recommended for older members (4-13 years old) because of the unique experiences it offers.
What are appreciation parties?
Appreciation parties for LKC members take place once a season for most sports and are presented by Mama Fu's Asian House. Members may RSVP and bring their families to enjoy special activities, great food, and a chance to win special prizes and interact with UT student-athletes (not guaranteed with all sports).
